Personal data we may process

• Identification and contact data: name, email address, telephone number when provided, and country.
• Professional or business data: the company or organization with which you are associated, and its industry.
• Project information you choose to share: location or region of interest, expansion plans, site, land or building requirements, infrastructure and utility requirements (power, water, gas), facility size, estimated workforce, target dates and the content of your messages.
• Technical connection data strictly necessary for website delivery, security and diagnostics that may be generated by technology infrastructure providers.

Genera Softlanding does not request sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include sensitive information in the forms or in WhatsApp messages unless it is strictly necessary and there is an appropriate legal basis for processing it.

Purposes of processing

• Responding to information and contact requests.
• Preliminarily assessing your expansion project and its location, real-estate and infrastructure requirements, and following up on your request.
• Communicating with you by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
• Preparing meetings, proposals or the location information you request.
• Maintaining the security, availability and operation of the website.
• Complying with legal obligations and valid requests from competent authorities.

We do not currently use personal data collected through this website for secondary marketing purposes unrelated to the original request. If we later intend to use data for another purpose that requires consent, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required.

Contact forms and WhatsApp

The homepage form does not itself send or store the information in a Genera Softlanding database. When you select “Send via WhatsApp,” your browser prepares a message with the information entered and opens WhatsApp so that you can decide whether to send it.

The project form on the contact page validates the information and, when the delivery service is configured, forwards it to Genera Softlanding for follow-up; the website does not keep it in a database. If the delivery service is unavailable, your browser prepares an email with the information so that you can decide whether to send it.

If you send the message or email, Genera Softlanding will receive the information and process it for the purposes described in this notice. Use of WhatsApp and of your email service is also subject to their providers’ own terms and privacy policies, which Genera Softlanding does not control.

Transfers and service providers

Genera Softlanding does not sell personal data. Personal data may be processed by technology or communication service providers acting on behalf of Genera Softlanding — such as website hosting, form delivery, email and messaging — under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and by authorities when required by law or a valid request.

Your project information will be shared with third parties involved in it, such as specialized advisors, developers or suppliers, only with your consent. Where a transfer to a third party requires consent under applicable law, consent will be requested before the transfer unless a legal exception applies.

Limiting use or disclosure

You may request limits on the use or disclosure of your personal data by submitting a written request at the address above, by email to adrianfermin@generasoftlanding.com or through WhatsApp at +52 444 657 1830. State “LIMIT DATA USE” and identify the data and processing you wish to limit.

ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO) at any time, and may request withdrawal of consent where applicable.

A request may be initiated in writing at the address above, by email to adrianfermin@generasoftlanding.com or through WhatsApp at +52 444 657 1830. To protect your information, Genera Softlanding may require identity or representation to be verified through an appropriate channel before personal information is disclosed or modified.

The request should include the data subject’s name; an address or other means for receiving notices; evidence of identity or representation; a description of the personal data involved; the right being exercised; and any information that helps locate the data.

Genera Softlanding will communicate its determination within a maximum of twenty days after receiving a complete request and, when the request is granted, will implement it within the following fifteen days. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when circumstances justify it, in accordance with applicable law.

Retention and security

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, to comply with legal or contractual obligations, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, after which it will be blocked or deleted as appropriate.

Genera Softlanding applies reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access or processing.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use analytics tools or advertising or marketing cookies, and does not set first-party cookies in your browser. Fonts are served from the website itself.

The website is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical connection information — such as IP address and browser data — to deliver and protect the website.

The homepage includes an embedded Google Maps map showing our office location. When the map loads, Google may receive technical connection information and use its own cookies under its privacy policy. When you follow links to external services — such as WhatsApp, Google Maps or the Genera ecosystem websites — those third parties may use their own technologies under their respective policies.
